  • Food, plant and animal imports are controlled by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; import procedures and trade measures by the Ministry of Trade.

How to find buyers

  • Write to the commerce wing of the Embassy of India, Ankara for buyer lists and trade enquiries.
  • Read the trade enquiries that Indian missions abroad send to the Indian Trade Portal.
  • List your products on the Indian Business Portal (FIEO) so foreign buyers can find you.
  • Join your export promotion council's buyer-seller meets and Market Access Scheme (MAS) events.
  • Visit or exhibit at the trade fairs listed below; ask your export promotion council about subsidised India pavilions.
