01Our rules
- No number without a source. If a source does not print a figure, we do not print it either.
- Old figures keep their year, so you can see how current they are.
- Claims we could not confirm from a primary source are held back, not published “for now”.
- Examples with made-up numbers are labelled as examples.
- Hindi pages are written in proper Hindi, not a word-for-word mix.
02How we choose sources
- First: the law and official orders — Acts, gazette notifications, ministry guidelines, RBI and CBIC circulars, PIB releases.
- Next: official reports — MSME-DI district profiles, cluster studies, export promotion councils, state economic surveys.
- Last: published press and research, always named, and only where no official figure exists.
- Wikipedia is never cited as a source.
03Report a mistake
Found something wrong or out of date? Send the page link and the correct information with its source on WhatsApp or by email (see Contact). We check every report and correct the page when the source confirms it.
