01Who is responsible

This website is run by Agrimotion Engineering Private Limited (“we”). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data you share with us. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

02What we collect

• Reading the site: you do not need an account and we do not ask for your name, phone number or email.
• Cookies and tracking: we do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run third-party trackers.
• Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved only in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
• Service enquiry form: the form does not send anything to our servers. It writes a WhatsApp message on your device, and only if you press send in WhatsApp do we receive your name, phone number, place and the details you typed.
• Messages and emails you send us: we receive what you choose to send.
• Server logs: like every website, the company that hosts this site records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to keep the site secure and working.

03Why we use it

• To reply to your question or enquiry and to give you a service you asked for.
• To prepare a quotation, invoice and the records the law requires for a paid service.
• To keep the site secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

04Who else sees it

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us, under its own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf.
• When you ask us for a service that needs a government or bank filing, we share only the details that filing needs, with your consent.
• Authorities, when the law requires us to.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to answer you or deliver the service, and then delete them unless a law requires us to keep them. Records linked to a paid service, such as invoices, are kept for the period tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

06Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or are unable to.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our reply, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

07Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit who in our team can see enquiry messages and records, and we use them only for the purposes above.

09Changes to this policy

If we start collecting anything new — for example, if we add site analytics — we will update this page before we do, and change the date at the top.
