- Land at token ₹1: up to 10 acres for ₹100 crore+ investment with 1,000+ direct jobs; up to 25 acres for ₹1,000 crore+; up to 10 acres for Fortune 500 companies; others 50% off BIADA land rate
- Choose one: Option 1 interest subvention (max ₹40 crore) + SGST reimbursement up to 100%; Option 2 net SGST reimbursement up to 300% of approved project cost in 14 years; Option 3 capital subsidy up to 30% of approved project cost
- Export incentive for 14 years, max ₹40 lakh/year
- Skill development incentive up to ₹20,000 per worker
- Employment generation: textile up to ₹5,000/month/employee and 300% of ESI & EPF; others up to ₹2,000/month/employee and 100% of ESI & EPF
- Environment protection 25% reimbursement up to ₹1 crore; renewable energy usage incentive @20%, max ₹1 crore
- Patent registration, quality certification support; CFC development case to case
