Food, marine, consumer goods exporters needing certificates.

Do not spend time on it if

Exporters without a certification need.

§2Eligibility

  1. MSME exporters with valid IEC and Udyam Registration
  2. Certification must be in notified Positive List or Priority Positive List

§3Benefits

  • Positive List (e.g. CE, FDA, ISO, SABER/SASO): 60% of actual cost net of taxes or ₹25 lakh, whichever lower
  • Priority Positive List (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, MSC, ASC, SMETA): 75% or ₹25 lakh, whichever lower
