§2Eligibility
- Apply within 6 months of certificate / installation / MoU / patent publication as stated
- No support for certificates required by statute, or for renewals
- Technology acquisition excludes plant and machinery purchase
§3Benefits
- ERP: 65% of capital cost (software, installation, annual service; SaaS subscription), max Rs 1 lakh
- Quality certification: 50% of fee + 50% of testing equipment, max Rs 10 lakh
- ZED: 50% of charges after GoI assistance, max Rs 50,000
- ICT / Industry 4.0 / AI equipment: 65%, max Rs 5 lakh
- Technology acquisition: 65% incl. royalty for first 2 years, max Rs 50 lakh
- Patent: 75% for any number of patents, max Rs 25 lakh per applicant
§4Norms — pattern of assistance
- Patent attorney fee capped Rs 50,000 (domestic), Rs 2,00,000 per country (international)
- Patent support paid 50% on publication and 50% on grant
- Quality: testing equipment bought after certificate not eligible; GoI+GoG cannot exceed actual cost
