§2Eligibility
- At least 10 persons in direct employment
- At least 60% of employment to people of the UT of Puducherry
- Workers covered under Provident Fund
§3Benefits
- 20% of wage/salary, max ₹5 lakh a year
- 5 years in Puducherry and Karaikal; 7 years in Mahe and Yanam
§4Norms — pattern of assistance
- Wage counted up to prescribed minimum wages (myScheme note)
- Claim must include PF remittance acknowledgement
