§5Questions and answers
My turnover is below the limit — should I still take GST?
Yes, if your B2B customers want input credit, or if you want to sell on Amazon/Flipkart. Otherwise it is not required — weigh the cost of compliance too.
What if a return is filed late?
A late fee and interest apply, and repeatedly not filing returns can get your GSTIN cancelled.
