Goa Umbrella Scheme support

1. Green: all manufacturing units (micro to large) adopting energy conservation equipment or recognised audits.
2. Certification/IPR: recognised Goa industrial units, hospitals, institutions; statutory certifications excluded; IT-policy beneficiaries excluded.
3. Training: registered manufacturing units; training by approved Skill Training Providers; trainees Goan, aged 18-42, hired after the course; proposal before training.
4. Local purchase: white/green/orange units buying at least 50% of inputs (by value) from local Goa suppliers; negative list items excluded; services excluded.

• Water/energy audit: 25%, max Rs 1 lakh; energy conservation equipment: 40%, max Rs 10 lakh.
• Certification: 100% up to Rs 8 lakh; IPR registration: 50% of professional fees up to Rs 15 lakh.
• Training: 60% of training cost, max Rs 60,000 per trainee and Rs 7,20,000 per unit per year.
• Local purchase: 2% of eligible local purchases (GST excluded), max Rs 5 lakh a year for 5 years.

2. Certification reimbursement reduced by any central assistance.
