§2Eligibility

  1. Products manufactured by MSEs in Manipur; local content minimum 50% for preferential pricing (in line with PPP-MII Order 2017)

§3Benefits

  • Price preference up to 10% over lowest outside bid, all other things equal (para 13.17)
  • 50% exemption from earnest money and security deposit for applicable MSEs; full exemption for SC/ST/women/PwD sole proprietors
  • State Government bodies commit to purchase products of MSMEs set up under the policy, subject to quality (para 13.16)
