§1Who it is for

  • Individuals and groups selected as 'Progress Partners' (cooperatives, societies, SHGs, FPOs, PACS, firms, LLPs, companies with majority eligible owners)

Useful if

Mizoram residents starting livelihood/business projects.

Do not spend time on it if

Government employees; non-residents.

§2Eligibility

  1. Citizen of India and permanent resident of Mizoram
  2. Age 18 years and above

Not a full-time Government employee

  1. Full-time feasible livelihood project/business plan as main source of livelihood
  2. Willing to undergo mandatory capacity-building training

Agrees to timely loan repayment

  1. Meets conditions of the converged central scheme (PMEGP, PMMY, KCC etc.)
  2. Only 'Targeted Progress Partners' selected by Apex Body get interest subvention/guarantee/grant

§3Benefits

  • Full (100%) interest subvention on bank loans up to ₹50 lakh, over and above central subvention, for prompt repayment
  • Collateral-free MSME loans via State contribution to CGTMSE corpus (100% guarantee); guarantee fee covered for agri & allied loans
  • CM's Special Package grant up to ₹1 lakh in exceptional cases where the partner cannot take a loan (DPR-based)

  2. Converged with PMEGP, PMMY, Stand-Up India, KCC, RAMP
  3. Mandatory EDP and technical training
