§2Eligibility

  1. At least 20% value addition within Tripura
  2. Meet quality, delivery and specifications of purchasing agency
  3. Service units (excl. works contract & IT/ITeS) eligible for State capital subsidy also get EMD exemption

§3Benefits

  • Local L1: 100% of order
  • Local within 15% of outside L1 and matching L1: 50% of order
  • Partial-capacity local units may bid for minimum 40% of quantity (existing units 2 years, new units 3 years)
  • 100% exemption from earnest money and bid security on State tenders for items in Eligibility Certificate
