§4Questions and answers

Is registration compulsory?

The law does not require it, but an unregistered firm cannot sue a third party in court. That is why we advise registering.

What is the difference between a partnership and an LLP?

In a partnership, liability is unlimited. In an LLP, each partner’s liability is limited to their share, but there is more compliance.
