  1. Get an Import Export Code (IEC) from DGFT online; it is free and linked to your PAN.
  2. Register with the Coir Board and get your RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate) through the DGFT e-RCMC system.
  3. Coir pith blocks for greenhouse growers are the largest line; get the washing and buffering process right first.
  4. Coir Board schemes support new units; check them before you buy machines.
