§1Who it is for

Logistics enterprises: transport, warehouse/cold storage, handling, grading, packaging, parking; logistics hubs

Warehouse, cold-chain and trucking operators investing in Chhattisgarh.

Small transporters with vehicles under 9 tonnes.

New or expanding/diversifying logistics enterprises in the MSME service list (logistics)
Packaging centres must handle at least 70% export-related packaging
Domicile hiring and other IDP general conditions apply

Choose ONE: Net SGST for 5/7/9 years (Group 1/2/3) up to 75% of FCI, OR FCI subsidy micro 35/40/45% (cap Rs 1/1.5/2 crore), small 45/50/55% (Rs 2.5/3.5/4.5 crore), medium 45/50/55% (Rs 5/7/10 crore)
Interest subsidy micro 50/55/60% for 6/7/8 years; small 50/55/60% for 6/7/8 years; medium 60/65/70% for 9/10/11 years (yearly caps Rs 30-55 lakh)
Electricity duty 100% for 6/8/10 years (new units)
Stamp duty 100% (land/shed/loan deeds; private logistics parks)
Vehicles (min 9 tonne): 50% up to Rs 35 lakh per reefer vehicle; 50% up to Rs 25 lakh per logistics vehicle
Registration and national permit fee: 100% (up to 30 tonne), 50% (above 30 tonne)
+5% subsidy for digital document exchange, community waste management, or renewable energy systems
Training reimbursement up to Rs 15,000 per domicile worker; building height relaxation to 24 m
