Developers with 10+ acres planning a multi-unit park.

Single-unit factories.
§2Eligibility
- Minimum 10 acres and 5 units for an industrial park
- At least 60% of developed land allotted to industrial units
- Not getting grant for the same project from any other GoI/state department
§3Benefits
- CPIS 50% of project cost, capped by size: 10 acres/5 units Rs 7 crore rising in steps to 75 acres/18 units Rs 40 crore

Project cost assessed on per-acre basis
- Released in instalments: 40% after 40% of promoter contribution and term loan used; second 40% after 80% used; balance at completion (as printed)
