§7Why do business here — and why not

Merits

  • Single Window System and a 2026 compendium of all applicable schemes from the Industries Dept (Compendium 2026)
  • Low-cost DSFDC/DKVIB loans for target groups (6% DSFDC; RGSRY 5–10% own share)

Demerits

  • No notified state capital/SGST/interest incentive package — earlier 2010–21 policy period over and 2025–35 policy still draft (Compendium 2026; news)
  • Units must be in conforming areas under the Master Plan; non-conforming need HPC NOC (Compendium RGSRY page)
