How to start

  1. Get an Import Export Code (IEC) from DGFT online; it is free and linked to your PAN.
  2. Register with TEXPROCIL and get your RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate) through the DGFT e-RCMC system.
  3. Small units usually trade yarn from spinning mills or export dyed and specialty yarn rather than run a spinning mill.
  4. Quote in the buyer’s count system and check the latest cotton prices before you fix a price.
