How to start
- Get an Import Export Code (IEC) from DGFT online; it is free and linked to your PAN.
- Register with TEXPROCIL and get your RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate) through the DGFT e-RCMC system.
- Start with made-ups (towels, kitchen linen, cushion covers) in small lots for importers and online sellers abroad.
- Exhibit at Heimtextil or Indian fairs run by the councils to meet buyers.
