The story
Budithi village in Srikakulam has a long tradition of bell metal and brass work by local Vishwabrahmin artisans. They cast and hammer vessels with fine engraved lines and a dull golden finish. Water pots, lamps and kitchen vessels made here are used across coastal Andhra. Budithi Bell and Brass Metal Craft carries a GI tag.
