Rules before you buy or sell

• Coffee exporters register with the Coffee Board, which issues the export permit.
• Curing works need a Coffee Board curing licence.
• FSSAI licence or registration is needed to process, pack, store or sell it as food (Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006).
