The story
Kishangarh has few marble mines of its own, but it sits on the highway between Rajasthan's marble belts and big city buyers. Gang-saw units and traders gathered here, and the town became the state's main marble market. Marble waste dumped near the market has even turned into a white 'snow yard' that draws tourists.
